A distance learning for a dozen country bosses for one of the leaders in the cosmetics industry.

How to train trainees who work in languages and environments as different as Spain and Asia, Germany and Turkey, Ireland and Italy or Belgium and UK?

- To be comfortable in English to master not only the exchange but also the concepts
- Adapt to differences in approaches, attitudes, communication, etc.
- Knowing how to listen and answer to the needs of its trainees

This training programme will take 4 weeks and will focus on the following key topics: How to lead change in a changing world, stay the course and continue to motivate and develop your teams.
